Nous prendrons le temps de v\u00e9rifier vos \u00e9quipements et vous donner les consignes importantes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de progression lors d&rsquo;un briefing. Dans le canyon du Llech nous \u00e9voluerons en marchant, en nageant, en glissant sur des toboggans naturels, en sautant (sauts de 2 \u00e0 8 m) et sur corde lors de descentes en rappel. Le canyon est tr\u00e8s aquatique, il faut donc \u00eatre tr\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise dans l&rsquo;eau. La marche de retour se fait par un sentier tr\u00e8s difficile en mont\u00e9e durant 40 \u00e0 45 minutes, il faut donc \u00eatre en bonne condition physique. De beaux sauts, des toboggans vraiment sympas, de beaux rappels, des paysages canons.\nDominic nous a r\u00e9gal\u00e9 tout du long, et a su mixer \u00e0 la perfection le c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u00e9tente, humour tout en restant pro.\nUn vrai plaisir.
